Cowboy Kisses are Silver Tongue Foods version of Candied Jalapeños. This pickle is a combination of Spicy and Sweet that mellows with age like a fine wine, but chances are you won't be able to keep it around long enough to find out!

Pairs well with cream cheese, eat it on a cracker or whip it into a spread. Use creatively.

Give your sandwich some zing!

Sourdough crackers with a thin layer of Raspberry/Jalapenos jam, some plain or flavoured salmon or other fish, a topping of Orange and Fennel pickle and a couple of Cowboy Kisses. Sweet, sour, salty and spicy. Heavenly!

I am officially addicted to these hot little delights. I got my first jar at Coolum Beach Markets and it was suggested that these go so well with blue cheese. The first jar did not last long and I quickly ordered more. I’m enjoying these one again, although the newest jar is so much hotter and blowing my socks off a bit!
